Best Casinos Not on GamStop in the UK 2026 Review
Choosing the maximum period tends to suit anyone who wants to focus on staying away from gambling for good rather than test a short break, since shorter terms simply reset the temptation to sign back in sooner. The Wikipedia entry on GamStop notes a 2023 Sky News report of one bookmaker letting a self-excluded customer keep spending, which is a reminder that enforcement is not always perfect on the operator side. Once live, you cannot open a new account or log into an old one while the exclusion holds. Every operator that holds a UK Gambling Commission licence must connect to GamStop, a rule confirmed on the GamStop Wikipedia entry and enforced directly by the UK Gambling Commission. There is no separate category of “GamStop-approved” sites sitting apart from the rest of the regulated market.
